My teaching is based on improving art foundations. This includes proportion drawing, colour theory and how to mix paints, and how to apply brush strokes. My art style is geared more towards realism, however I enjoy a relaxed approach based on intuitions.
I like to think of my students as myself when I was, and still am, improving my art. I go about my lessons by providing the many techniques I tried throughout developing my own style and routine, letting them decide what works best for them and delving deeper into whatever that may be.
My art teaching methodology is very hands on fun and practical. I always make sure my classes are engaging, fun and informative. Over the years i have learnt that the best way to teach creative classes is to be creative by example so i will often show students certain techniques and disciplines by engaging in an art work of my own.
My classes will be educational, eye opening and enjoyable. I want to understand my student's ability to draw then challenge them from that knowledge. Understanding what my student's love to draw is the first step, then teaching my student's the fundamentals of what the subject matter is next.
Usually one lesson takes about 1-2 h, 2 times per week. Or can be discussable. I have my own portfolio and my students portfolio as well. Can work with adults and with childen. Please contact me if interested.
Growing up with a much younger brother, I learned patience very quickly! When teaching I believe it’s critical to take into consideration the personal goals of the student and how they learn, be it by doing or seeing; maturity of the student must also be factored in, as a child will respond to different language and concepts than a teenager or adult.
Mainly I like to guide and help my students build their knowledge through their own personal effort and research, making them realising everything that is related to their subject and giving them all the necessary means to evolve on their own. Building strong foundation of knowledge so in the future everything will add up.
My teaching methods can be varied by the group of students: for adults, I tend to introduce more of the background knowledge with their interest or field; for the child, I'd like to guide them follow their nature, to observe/discover the shape/color and connection of the nature and environment we live in, by this I will give some art knowledge points depends on the teaching situation.
My teaching method is a hands on practical approach. I both describe and demonstrate varying techniques and skills and assist students in a one on one personal way.
I advocate therapy through creativity, starting with simple painting exercises followed by structured lessons based on age experience and expected outcomes from therapy through art and self discovery. Clients can enrol for as long as they choose or even just a lesson.
My classes are inspired by either a technique student wants to explore and learn or a specific artefact a client wants to make. In both cases we start from an idea, a goal, then develop it by making sketches, either on a paper or 3-dimensional, back-up the development with research on the topic and finally produce it in desirable material.
I can teach all kinds of painting mediums like oil pastels, water colours, acrylic painting and knife painting. I can teach landscape paintings, still life and floral paintings (according to students interest) . i am willing to teach in groups so that children not only enjoy painting but also make new friends and learn other values like sharing and cooperation.
My studio teaching method is open ended, unstructured and based mostly on experimentation. There is also a more formal record keeping aspect of my programs via an artist book or journal. Preliminary studies and sketches along with brainstorming and word journaling form a large part of this work. There is also encouragement to engage in contemporary culture with a view to critiquing social issues.
my teaching methodology is use the tools, methods and techniques that can be used in making art works. I want to teach students that want to learn the basics of drawing, painting and printmaking. Usually, this means looking at using the various media and techniques to make individual artworks.
I am originally from London and have lived in several countries throughout asia. Most of my teaching experience has been with children, I would however also like to work with adults on a one to one basis. Composition, perspective and creativity are all included.
My teaching style is helping build confidence in the students own abilities and unique talents. Sharing my passion and knowledge and building a strong foundation for the student. I have a strong foundation in art and design and have studied and master my craft for many years.
I allow and invite people to follow their own visual voice through exploration & experimenting with multi-media. Non-judgement, encouragement and freedom of expression are key components of my teaching style.
My teaching method is very hands on. I believe the best way to learn is to allow students to get a physical feel for the medium they wish to work in and therefeore can work through problems and together we find the solutions. I work with secondary school students to develop their portfolio for entrance onto university. I teach artsists at all skill levels.
My teaching methodology is to make it fun all the time, create bonds between parties, and to make the students feel is a safe environment where they can express them self’s with confidence. It is very important to Identify the student’s needs because not everyone have the same personality and so everyone learns differently. The key is adaptation and to apply different approaches.
My teaching method is people focussed, enquiry-based and relaxed. I am a Creative with a passion for art and design and creating images of beauty and meaning using the mediums of printmaking and drawing. I love working with people who share this passion.

As a teacher of senior art for nearly 15 years I create programmes specifically designed for the students’ needs addressing both strengths and weaknesses. I teach and work from my private studio set in woodlands by the beach at Emu Park on Queensland’s tropical Capricorn Coast.
I believe drawing underpins all art disciplines. I believe everyone can learn to draw. I believe art can play a crucial role in well-being. My teaching method is inclusive of all age groups and all personalities with a focus in developing each students individual style. Perfect for high school students wanting to develop skills to support their HSC outcomes.
My teaching method is very practical and hands-on with a lot of emphasis on smart, thoughtful, and structured practice. During most of the classes that I teach, I do. Which means that I do a lot of demonstrations and paint overs for the students showing them exactly step by step what needs to be done to complete the work.
I base my teaching on constructivism, where I ask the student some questions to ascertain where their skills lay and determine the appropriate lessons to turn them into a professional artist. I have my own professional museum of artworks from all over the world and am recognized by 4.8 million my website has reached.
My method of teaching is straightforward. Learn the basics first, have fun and the rest will follow. I have taught cartooning one-on-one and in group sessions of 12. Whether you want to learn for fun or profit...I can help.
I can adapt to the style that the student wants to learn. I believe that art has to be enjoyed, while being covered with professionalism. I want my classes to be as entertaining as possible while still being efficient. I can work with children and adults indistinctly.
I encourage students to identify the learning style that works best for them, and provide continuous positive support. My students have thrived in a fun learning environment through the use of visuals and practical experience. I have experience engaging students from as young as 4 years old, through to tertiary level.
My lessons will be relaxed and educational. I will start with the basics of drawing; material, line, perspective, texture and shading. My lessons would be geared toward students and Adults.
My teaching methodology is based on a communicative and creative approach. I use the everyday situation, movies, literature, popular culture, history, and many games that awaken the creative side of my students, while I also use certain techniques to improve their skills.
