I follow student centred methodology as I believe that it is the best way to comfort student to help in learning a new language. I approach students with simple and attractive lessons and activities to clear their fears and doubts regarding the subject.

I like to create a friendly environment so the pupil is relaxed and stress free. I choose to start with some warm up activities and slowly move on to conversations in English and will correct and teach when necessary.
My teaching method is very hands-on; I'm a visual learner and strive to explain concepts in as many ways as possible to ensure that what I'm teaching is understood. First I see where my mentee is with their understanding and then work to guide them in the right direction, while making them feel as safe with me as possible.
My approach to students is highly personalised. A lesson would break down information into manageable chunks that involve spoken and written practice. I am patient, dedicated, and encouraging to all students, I believe each mind is capable, and with a bit of creativity can tap into their potential.
I work from home, in a relaxed atmosphere in my library, first taking the time to fully understanding the skill level of students then tailoring a program to correct issues and fill gaps in learning to enable correct business English to be learnt.

My teaching methodology is more of being a facilitator method, there is interaction, students responses, examples, discussions, and laughter. My way is, it's okay if you make a mistake. One way to learn is by making mistake. It's okay if you do not know, I will teach you and you will know forever.
For ESL students, my methodology will be totally flexible and dependant upon the current skill level of each individual student. The techniques I use in my lessons are as good as the ones which I utilize in my in-person lessons. I attempt to beautify my lessons with thought-provoking ideas. Then I involve the learner(s) in the teaching in addition to in their own accomplishment. I nurture critical and creative thinking through my objection to random memorization.
My teaching method is to encourage student to be interested in English. I will ask students to motivate themselves through the learning process, such as making their own learning objectives, and choose the exercises that they wish to do. Besides, they need to think out their own learning methods.
Throughout my experience I have discovered I am most passionate and confident in educating the early years levels, and creating curriculums, lesson plans, teaching materials and activities for these crucial first years of a learners life.

I approach a topic by getting the student to outline what they feel they most struggle with and helping them to conquer any barriers that might stand in their way e.g. the feeling that 'it's all too hard' or 'I don't understand any of it' and working through that with them.
Experiential Learning Less Teacher Talk Time and more students' participation Engaging classroom individual, pair and group activities Focuses on Communication Skills (grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and written) I believe that students should have plenty of hands-on experience throughout their classroom learning.
I devise activities that focus on your personal needs, so my teaching strategies vary significantly. I focus on helping you to improve your performance more than "making the lessons fun." I feel that I am more suited to helping teenagers and adults, rather than younger children.

Learning a language is a full-time occupation. Unfortunately you cannot have an English instructor on hand 24 hours a day. But you can have regular lessons, and thanks to the internet, you can have regular lessons online and hand in any extra work, or practice speaking on a daily basis.

I want my lessons to be like a conversation. Nothing serious, but you will still understand things and I would still accomplish my jobs. At the end of the day, we all benefit. It is a win-win situation, let me tell you. I am not superior to you in any way, so do not be scared to ask "irrelevant" questions. The key to improving is to not be afraid of your mistakes.
