Class sequences vary from day to day and vary in accordance to the energy levels of the students. I adapt all my classes as I go. All classes include options for various levels and are very considerate of any injuries and physical restrictions.
In my classes I'll include a modern approach to the ancient tradition of yoga. I am able to offer flow yoga, relaxing yoga and meditation classes. I will be teaching you the physical Asana (poses) of yoga but will also include meditation, relaxation and if you're interested information about the philosophy of yoga.
My teaching method is base on student's requirement, such as helping to solve lower back pain or relax from stress. At the end of the class, I want all students to have a happy and relaxing mind and carry on their life.
I like Yoga not only because Yoga keeps you a good body and shape, but also it makes your personality more stable and changes your attitude to life. Each lesson is 45min long. Gesture including breathing yoga, standing yoga, and lying ground yoga.
My classes starts with a 5-10 minutes meditation to set a united tone at the start of the class for everyone, this helps to guide everyone to focus and connect to their own mind, bodies and personal practice. Then I give them a vinyasa flow warm up where they work with their own postures and move with their breath.
My main focus is on yoga for health and my classes are for everyone at each level. With a simple day to day movements we will are able to build the connection with our body. I start my lessons with the 5 tibetan rites and we'll complete them gradually. I also practice Bikram, Asana and relaxation yoga. My method is based on breathing, relaxation, building strength and flexibility.
