I teach PE in college, and I like to offer my advices - (Re) start regular physical activity - Improve eating habits. - Program logically physical activities with a sense of gradual progression. - Program trainings to prepare for a race (10km to Marathon, up to Trail) - TAKE PLEASURE !!!
