My teaching method will be to focus more on helping the students to understand better about the subject, being an engineering student I have learnt that it’s important to have a better understanding of high school mathematics as it makes things much easier in university.
My teaching method is pretty simple first I will check your basic skills of maths and according to your skill scores. I will improve your basic skills in a few days and then I will approach the topic by topic. After every class, there will be a quick recap session of whatever you learned in that session.
My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society.
I base on classes on the level of the student. I'll try to understand how strong the base of the student is. A solid base is a necessity for learning and understanding the subject properly. I will be also willing to alter my teaching methods according to what suits the student.
I am a student at Monash College that is aiming to study physiotherapy at Monash University. I am to teach students who are weak in their subjects and need that extra motivation in their studies. I believe that failure does not matter, what matters is that you try.
My teaching methodology is based on excellent interaction with the students, practice and tailoring my teaching style based on the students learning methods. I strongly believe that each student is different, so I need to motivate each one of them differently.
My teaching methodology in class room is always to benchmark the student who is weak is studies/concepts. It is preferred to know student's basic/foundation of relative subject. Then if it is required to revise the basic concepts we will manage the time according but never compromise on the understanding the subject. This methodology helps students to get confidence in them and succeed them.
A good tutor will work themselves out of a job. This is because a good tutor will not only teach the student the content but also how to learn. Therefore the student will be able to become independent of the tutor and then be able to teach other students.
Most questions and doubts in your mind had already been asked by me! So right now the answers to your questions is in my hands! I teach students how to think and guide them towards the answer, not spoon feeding them with the answers
Rahmat is my name and clarifying mathematical doubts is my game. I am very excited to be able to submit my application for the position of Mathematics teacher. In considering the position description but in particular, the focus on being a learning leader, I apply with the confidence that I am a very strong candidate for this position.
I will not say I strictly follow text books. But I do give extreme importance to the basics of any topic. If the building foundation is not strong enough, the whole building will fall down. I believe every student should be at least aware of all the approaches there is to a problem, and choose a solution most fit for the problem. I think that exercises the mind and expands knowledge.
I adapt my teaching style according to the students I am teaching.
I can teach all sorts of Maths fundamentals while relating them to practical things around us that makes a student interested in subject.
My studying and teaching philosophy is based on one's passion, determination, and hard work. I approach every new topic in my subjects with profound research to maximize my interest in it. Then I determine precisely what goals I should achieve in order to be successful, and try my best to fulfill them.
My name is Yuhan Gai, an undergraduate student in UOM doing bachelor of science. Gaining an ATAR of 98.80 in VCE and 52 for MME. And I'm a pretty active and motivated teacher. I enjoy the process of teaching, and I won't just tell students the tedious lectures they've already tired of.
My teaching method differs from student to student. I will need to know which method suits them best. Generally, communication between student and teacher is very important. I always treat student not only as a student, but also a friend. They can comfortably ask me any questions or any difficulties they encountered.
My emphasis is on conceptual understanding rather than procedure/rote memorisation wherever possible, as I believe this is essential for mathematics education. I do my best to identify and locate gaps in students' knowledge and write personalised questions to fill in these gaps.
My teaching method is pretty straight forward, the students do a question i will give them or they do their own school questions. If they have problems i teach them the method and tell them to try again.
The lesson is adapted and based on the needs of every single student, individualizing the method that best suits them. Therefore to achieve the best results the class should be individual. My teaching philosophy is to give students the instruments to help them solving things alone. Best results.
I am very patient and flexible. Being a student at university, I understand both the tutor's and the student's perspective of learning and I apply different methods to suit each student. I always take the time to understand the student's learning style. Having the student to love what she/he is studying achieves much more than teaching could solely achieve.
I believe that all students are different and I pride myself on catering to their individual needs. I create personalized lesson plans based on the student and the level of attention required. I also encourage my students to ask questions and have no problem in repeating myself. I can almost guarantee that our sessions together will be a great learning experience.
I'm a hardcore, organised and kind teacher. I deliver my lessons tailored to suit the style of my students, and I'm looking for students who can give me their full attention and a commitment to learn. I believe in strong education and value based, long lasting, stress free learning.
When it comes to mathematics I follow the time old honored tradition of assisting the students as they work out the exercises on paper. When it comes to Geometry I make them visualize the shapes in 3-D for better understanding.
I graduated high school in 2017 and scored a 99.90 ATAR in my HSC with my best scores being in Extension 1 (99/100) and Extension 2 Maths (95/100). I aim to form a really close bond with the student so that I can understand how they learn best.
I am a motivated, energetic university student who is passionate about mathematics! As someone who struggled with maths in primary and high school, I love finding ways to talk about/teach maths that make the subject exciting and interesting for individual students (rather than the classic lectures style used in a school setting).
I am a Master of Engineering (Electrical) student at the University of Melbourne. I have 8 years of teaching experience in teaching Maths and Physics. I was a teaching assistant during my tenure of 1.5 years in IIT Kanpur, India.
I can teach maths and physics to high school student and Electrical Engineering Undergrad subject to Uni students. I have deep understanding and concepts of Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry and Calculus.
I will teach you the content in a way that i know works, giving you advice and tips which i have picked up along my Year 12 journey. Homework may be issued and i'll be there for help with any questions you cannot do.
My teaching method is to make the students aware of the upcoming topic before hand so that they have some knowledge about what is going to come their way when they delve into the topic, and consequently mind perceives and stores details in a better organised way which is helpful for the student to recall the learned stuff whenever needed.
My teaching methodology has a practical approach to teaching. I do not support rote learning and welcome all questions by students. I teach in such a way that students are trained for their high school exam by giving them considerable homework to do.
