first I will ask my students what they want to learn and what way they prefer to be taught. I will focus on one or two topics every time. I will let my students talk first and find out what problems they have and help them to improve.

I sincerely believe that every person is fully capable of being a good English communicator if they have the necessary will and time to practice. I tend to call myself more a mentor than a teacher in that I mainly show the path to my students and prove them that they can successfully accomplish the task. The rest mainly rests on the students' shoulders.

I have taught students individually and also in groups depending upon the needs of the student and as well as the course structure. I believe in students to have a "friend mentality" towards the teacher so that they are able to share more and ask whenever they feel like instead of holding back and not understanding .

My approach to students is highly personalised. A lesson would break down information into manageable chunks that involve spoken and written practice. I am patient, dedicated, and encouraging to all students, I believe each mind is capable, and with a bit of creativity can tap into their potential.
The system of methods in which I choose to convey to my future students are not as such from the basis of not only the techniques and knowledge of my own, but the ideal areas in which they will need to improve.
