I tailor my lessons around the individual needs of the student based on diagnostic assessments I use for each topic.
I like to adapt to each student's method of learning, whether they're visual learners, or learn by doing. For example, using many diagrams and tables for those who tend to remember by visuals! And for those who learn by doing, I can provide past papers and we can work through them in each lesson and do revision at the start of each lesson.
My teaching methodology is giving out an interesting short story at the beginning to attract student attention. Then, I will use the story as a case study to teach the speaking and reading skills of Chinese. Next, i will design relvant games to help them to review what they learn in the story. In the end, I will give out a short assessment to measure the performance of students.
Innitially I would approach the topic by opening up the conversation among the students by getting them involve in group discussion. Then I would get the student to listen to or watching a programme that is highly related to the topic. I encourage students to make note during the play of the audio and visual aids.
I base my classes in a friendly manner and conducting regular assessments to students and making them understand the concept rather than jumping into the solution. I am more a friend than a teacher. I have awesome math skills and techniques.
Almost all teachers agree that the "communicative method" is best, where our students are encouraged to practice before perfection and develop their fluency first, accuracy second, as they would in their first language.
Patience and practice are the key to understanding maths. I am flexible for teaching any ability level and can help with preparation for exams, with homework, or I can aid understanding in specific topics by breaking the problem down into tiny steps, ensuring understanding at every step. I can set appropriately challenging practice questions and explain problems in multiple ways.
My teaching method is more interactive rather than just sit and listen. I ensure by the end of the class the students will be able to use the techniques I taught in their daily lives.

I believe that learning should be fun yet challenging and I hope to inspire my students to always try their best.
I listen to the student and see what areas they need to work on and look at what areas specifically they need to work on trying to identify the root of their misunderstanding of a topic and adress these areas and help them improve

They KNOW that I want them to PASS and PASS WELL but they must also UNDERSTAND the subject! I insist that students prepare thoroughly and must be prepared to ASK questions of me and each other. I am committed to assisting those who wish to help themselves.
Blended learning approach. This means that basic knowledge and skills are taught via self-paced exercises and then followed by a face-to-face (virtual meeting) conversation with harder and probing questions to ensure student understands the basic concepts.
My teaching method is to first of all find out the level of German that is required, the motivation and goal of learning German, and the best personalised method of learning the language, using the best material that I have collected over the years including grammar and text books as well as videos to include sharing german culture and local information
My teaching method is mainly leaners centred so that students can get engaged as possible during the lesson. When teaching some topics which require diagram I normally carry the models to class so that I can explain to them the relationship between what's in the textbook and the real diagram itself.
