My skills are in Financial Management and Workplace Training and my work has usually been in cross-cultural environments. While working in Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam, I was often asked to also teach the English language to local work colleagues. This prompted me to study TESOL over a number of years concluding with Certificate lV in 2011.
I will use brainstorming as a thinking strategy to help students come out questions, ideas, and examples and to explore an interesting idea to develop their drawing. I will also use participatory design method to let students all engage in.
I feel that it is important for my students to find their own voice, so I will ask many questions as to direct the student to understanding the assessment criteria for themselves and enabling them to carry out the assignment on their own in one or two sessions, or complete the assignment with brilliance in four or five sessions.
