My tutoring is based on structured training frequently used in the employment sector with a focus on motivation, suitable employment, applying for vacancies, cover letters, resumes, and interview techniques. I research information regarding job seeking daily as I search for new tools to enable people to approach the search for employment in a thorough professional manner.
My teaching method is is two pronged. Firstly, I like to give my students an understanding of chords and how they fit into a song from a theory and a practical point of view. This stems from my years of guitar playing. Secondly, I like to get my students playing simple melodies, playing from sheet music and playing by ear. Then WHAM - we join these two together.

I challenge the student(s) to 'dream the impossible dream' then develop their own roadmap and strategies.
Acting is about learning to play like a child again. We need to free ourselves of the restrictions society places on us and learn to get in contact with our imagination again. This is done whilst building the skills of voice and physicality to support this freedom.
I am friendly, professional and creative in my teaching style. I love teaching. I usually work half half on technique and troubleshooting and on song and style development and tailor my lessons for each students personal goals and needs in liaison with them. I teach beginners to advanced.
