I've found that the best way of learning is by doing. For the first run through of something i can tell you what to press and you can write a step process for yourself, but then you can show me. Practice is amazing, and writing your own step process means you can do it without me there.

From there it depends on age group. For children I include lots of drawing and board games, closing with reading every lesson.
