- My Lessons & Teaching Style - 1. My lessons are generally culture-oriented, with some improvisations, new ideas, news, Internet slang, movies and books, and intercultural elaborations in each class - keeping it light and fun. 2. A trial class is highly recommended before starting formal courses.

Come and get the 1st free lesson, you'll get to know my teaching methodology. It will have lots of fun, trust me. Language learning is never a difficult thing if you find out what interest you regarding the language. Japanese is a language that the more you learn, the more difficult you will find it. Let me explain it to you.
For physics and Math lessons I usually introduce the idea or concept to the student, mostly I relate the application it has in their day to day life. Then the student is introduced to problem solving techniques in that particular topic.
Most often, I work through students' school homework and assignments with them, to help them achieve higher and to gain a deeper understanding of the work they are doing. I am also able to work through any other materials as needed by the student. I can teach either on ANU campus or at the Civic Library.
My approach to teaching is derived from my ability to communicate well with my students. I do my best to differentiate how I deliver content based on how my students learn most effectively. I always ensure that whoever I am helping has a full understanding of the content before moving on to the next stage, and that the information being delivered is relevant and relatable for them personally.
My teaching method is discussion and demonstration method. It's a must for me to ensure my student understands the taught concept and can apply application knowledge to the taught concept. I believe every student is smart and can prosper.
-I know the key points. So we go straight to key points and never waste your time. -Patient to all level students. -Easy to Remember. Examples are given to help students understand and remember key points.
My teaching methodology aims at building a strong basic foundation on the topic and making the student develop more on it by providing an intriguing question and helping the student extrapolate the concepts. Each topic will begin with the basics and each session will end with a simple question that will keep them motivated and also give leads on the next topic.
The essence of maths is not to make simple things complicated, but to make complicated things simple. I, as a tutor make maths look fun and easy for students who have difficulty in solving even the most basic questions of maths.
When teaching, I focus on three key things in every lesson: establishing a growth mindset, effectively differentiating for each student, and ensuring my students feel valued. A growth mindset is when a student moves from saying "I can't" to saying "I can't yet". I work with every student to ensure they feel capable of improving, even if it's their least favourite subject.
I am passionate about student-centred learning. I believe in the intelligence of every person and work with people's strengths. I understand that learning environments are not always set-up to work well for everyone's learning needs.
Understanding rather than memorising. By understanding a concept, the mind ends up remembering the points and the concept is more easily applied to other relevant concepts later on.
- builds foundation knowledge in accounting and finance - individual focus - real world examples and plenty of practical applications - learning through applications of the theory - focus on exam strategies - time management skills in exams - revisions and mock exams -
As far as teaching methods go, I structure my lessons around the needs of the students. I get to know you and how you best learn new information and with this I plan my lessons from a student-centred viewpoint. The more I know about your learning style, the more tailored my lessons will be to the student.
I primarily concentrate on building basic concepts and keep the students curious throughout the topic and end every session with a question arousing curiosity and critical thinking
* Cover core concepts which can be validated on all situations. Once the fundamentals are clear, difficult problems can be broken down in order to simplify solutions. *There are no mediocre questions, one should always know how to create a pathway for an optimum solution (minimising complexity and time constraints).
From my whole year of teaching experience, I firmly hold the notion that Teaching is Reducing: you help the students to filter the things that they do not need, to guide them away from what's wrong, and to direct them to what is the right.
My teaching is a very interactive approach where I use my students help to link topics and lessons. I found this method quite successful in making students remember for a longer time as their participation provides opportunity to learn and explore on their own with keen interest.
The key to learning science and maths is not being a genius - it is appreciating the underlying beauty of the ideas that are being presented, and hungering to dig deeper.
My method of teaching stems from my experience as a student at university for 6 years as well as working in laboratories under doctoral's, therefore I have found in my experience, I learned better when large blocks of information was disseminated into granular forms with real-life examples to correlate along with what I was expected to learn.
My teaching methods are discussion-based. Together, we work through the problem from the simplest point, unraveling complex essay questions or getting started on that giant pile of exam revision. I prefer to get to know my students, and adapt to what they need. I can work with anyone from Year 4 on wards. Simply put, I ask the right questions so they can come to the conclusion themselves.
I encourage my students to think and I have great humor to make the class interesting so students can learn in a fun way. I am passionate about helping kids who are tired of school to enjoy learning again and to see how their schoolwork can be so much more fun. I inspires confidence in kids who have had a tough time and tell them that they should never give up on themselves.

I'm an experienced ESL teacher and tutor who focuses on communication and use of language to achieve language results. I have a great rapport with all of my students and enjoy watching them grow and achieve their goals. Depending on the kind of student, I will start my lessons with a review of previous learning points and try to use them in a suitable context.
My teaching method will be quite specific to the individual student. While I'm happy to set out a general structure for a lesson based on the current curriculum I will look predominantly to tailor my lesson to the needs of the student. I'm flexible in my teaching.

I am a patient person and I believe in engaging a supportive teaching practice. I think that positive reinforcement is the best way to teach someone who might be struggling in a certain area. I tend to take different approaches with each subject or student depending on what is most needed.
