My teaching method is staying calm, focused and safe as I would want my participants s to feel like they wont be stressed or unsafe. I would base my classes on a step by step layout of a warm up and then teaching the basics to intermediate. I approach topics by reassurance and confidence as safely as possible and to give the knowledge people need.
