I base my classes on Carnatic Music. I will start from the Basics i.e., Sarali Varisai, Jhanta Varisai, etc all the way upto Varnams. I would also be teaching Keerthanais and Compositions of various composers based on the level of Progression of the students.
I base my classes on learning by doing, practical experience and helping students achieve their music production goals. I give one on one private sessions to students who wish to gain music production skills, teaching students how to use Digital Audio Workstations such as Ableton Live software, Logic Pro X, Reaper and Pro Tools.
My teaching lessons are build on using the new language as much as possible. Speaking is the main part but writing down sentences and word constructions is important too. I want my students to understand how the language works and how to use it in their daily lives. I'm not a big fan of rote learning which might slow down the progress a bit, but at least my students learn the language probably.
Teaching is all about supporting, and inspiring your students, and that's exactly what I want to do. As well as teaching good trumpet technique, I'm all about teaching how to play musically and with passion. I take into account each student's situations and can plan accordingly.
I try to make my lessons relevant to the real world. I do this my using examples from my extensive professional IT experience. I like using group learning and partnering in the classroom, as this is often the way that the "real world" works and students seem to respond to sharing their insights and skills.
I usually try to develop an understanding of what my students require and then structure my lesson plan accordingly. I am a great communicator and try to build rapport with my students to empathize with their requirements so that I can encourage their growth and development in each step of the way.
To help my lessons I use methods and instructional material from "Instituto Cervantes", I teach the student grammar and how write it, but also I put emphasis on comunication skills, expresions and a little on Spanish culture to immerse the student in the real language.

I base my teaching on a students needs. I prefer a practical/ hands-on approach and want to make the lessons fun and realistic. I really understand how hard it is to understand our Australian accent, our "words" for different things including reading mail from Centrelink, Medicare etc.
I aim for students to develop a good technique on their instrument first of all as this is an important foundation. Then I get students to start playing music they love as soon as possible. Being able to use their ears is very important too.
I teach using the practical approach, with intensive thinking and self learning all combined to provide students with logical as well as practical knowledge of the subject. Lectures are given and each lecture ends with a end of lecture thinking exercise.
I teach both online as well as in person. PowerPoints and Moodle and such other sites have been my favoured medium in the past.
Hi! I'm Sarah and 7 years ago I discovered yoga during a challenging time of my life. I originally seeked it out as a distraction but instead it showed me a way in which I could form a deeper relationship with my mind, body and soul and find harmony within my circumstances.
My teaching approach is very practical and visual. I encourage practical training in real life natural lighting situations and different locations. Photography being a visual art, I believe that being a mentor at your side to provide immediate feedback helps to cement the learning into your mind.
My Methodology is based around getting to know your anatomy, and physiology to provide the highest level of service possible. I hold a high standard for myself, my clients and my peers. I like to combine the health of the mind with physical health, being an advocate for mental health myself I find it paramount to be in touch with your clients needs.
My teaching is very simple but highly technical. My choreographies are mostly based on the character of the music and this way the steps are very creative and fun to watch and dance for it. This way people who are really looking forward to loosen up can start being more out-spoken in dance and can be more confident.
My lessons are geared towards beginner and intermediate level French speakers. The lessons will be structured according to a lesson plan, but catered to meet individual students' needs, even in a group setting. Each lesson will incorporate reading, writing, listening and speaking.
I always teach every student on an individual basis. Even within group lessons. I try to find the areas that most enthuse you as a student and focus on that direction whilst offering guidance towards other areas that may not be as familiar or as comfortable.
I use a hands on approach to the Greek language and Greek culture using movies and notes of different aspects of life
My teaching methods are based on motivating students to learn as motivation is the key to learning. Practical hands on activities are something that each individual no matter what their backgrounds are will be able to engage with. This is my strategy in teaching.
It is understandable that learning a language can be quite challenging. The lesson will be adapted according to the students need. Therefore, the struggles that students may have can be turned into positive energy, making the lesson become fun and exciting. Never hesitate to share your curiosity as part of learning a language.
