I believe every person learns differently and requires different approaches to understanding. This is why I adjust my teaching methods to suit those of the student(s). Furthermore, I offer a legitimate passion and interest in improving the education of my students.
To start off my tutoring sessions I briefly determine your learning style: auditory, visual or kinaesthetic then model my tuition of the subject around that. For visual learners I use graphs and mindmaps to condense information, auditory learners are given palm cards to read over key points and kinaesthetic learners are engaged by using practical examples of key topics.
I like to teach a variety subjects in a way that makes it clear for students, by addressing the learning outcomes and interpreting how to analyse content and apply it in assessment tasks to answer the questions at an appropriate standard
I like to be adaptable according to what people respond to. However, I prefer to be mildly passive, and let the student work towards the goal, and provide help and support when needed. This involves getting to know the client, and listening to what they have to say, instead of ramming information down their throats.
I provide personalised teaching geared towards student's needs and capabilities I am very good at adapting to individual learning styles and apply the best teaching methodology I can provide 1 to 1 tutoring to give extra attention your child to improve their knowledge and skills I can assist with school assignments to get the best outcome for your child
Children learn best when they are engaged! I try to make learning as engaging and enjoyable as possible by building a good rapport with those I teach. As a tutor, lessons would be centred entirely around the student and their individual needs, I want to build confidence in children therefore like to use a scaffolding approach to teaching.
My teaching method is explaining solutions to students to ensure they understand the concepts but not just the single question. I am passionate about sharing my learning tips to students to help them to achieve great results. To further help the student, I can also prepare some extra questions for practising purposes.
Teaching methods for each student differs based on their learning needs and subject. Each student learns differently and many subjects can be approached in different ways including analytical tools, research, self learning through the internet, and rota methods based on repetition. I would use text books, online programs, workbooks and teaching through visual aids and research.
I am interested in teaching your primary aged children, and can provide a holistic approach to their learning experience, as I understand the importance of making their learning relevant to their daily lives. I endeavour to make learning a fun experience for children who may not enjoy it.
I am a friendly but straight to the point kind of person. Typically my first lesson is spent learning more about the students strengths and weaknesses in regards to the subject. Essentially, what kind of help they require so I can optimise our time spent together. From here we set a goal and work towards achieving it.
My teaching style is largely based around developing a relationship and learning how the student enjoys learning. I would then use a range of activities such as games, worksheets, hands on/visual explanations, oral questionnaires/discussions and explanations that I know the student will understand to ensure they develop a full understanding of the concept.
I am a very hands-on teacher, I believe students learn best through doing. My teaching allows students to think critically and develop deeper understanding of content. I acknowledge that all students will learn and think differently, and I adjust my teaching to suit individual needs. I am passionate about learning, and strive to encourage this with students by making learning fun.
My goal is helping students to learn the content taught at school and focus on the areas which they struggle with the most to ensure they build a strong base for the years ahead. I will be assisting with homework and provide additional worksheets and homework for them to complete.

DETAILED, FREE NOTES HELP WITH HOMEWORK AND ASSESSMENTS SUPPORT VIA PHONE AND EMAIL WORKSHEETS AND OTHER RESOURCES QUIZZES AT THE END OF THE TOPIC Hi, Firstly, thank you so much for taking the time and reviewing this advertisement, I promise you you wouldn't be wasting your time. ABOUT ME - I am a female who just finished her HSC in 2017.
I am in my 3rd year of my bachelors degree. I have tutored biology and chemistry to uni students and have tutored science and maths to school students. I have usually done 1 hour study session but if you need more I am happy to increase the time. My method is simple, I want to help my students overcome their weaknesses and improve their marks.
My teaching method is based on understanding individual needs and teaching based on the strengths of the learner. I believe students should enjoy their learning so I aim to integrate creativity with rote learning in every lesson. My teaching philosophy is based on enabling students to reach their full potential.
My teaching methodology is student-centred, cooperative learning. Students will bring their learning materials, we will go through an overview of the work, what is expected and how to answer questions structurally, and then the student will have time to complete the work. Afterwards, we will go through the answers and identify tips for future improvement.
I am reliable and resourceful, patient and supportive. I am able to communicate effectively with and adapt to each unique student. I will not only teach students course content, with which I am intimately familiar, but I will also teach proactive study habits. I want to pass on my knowledge and work ethic to help students understand and succeed.
My philosophy for teaching is to make sure the student understands the concepts behind the skill they are learning and can therefore apply the skill later on. I work with students to not only be able to pass their current subject, but to understand the subject well enough to utilize it in the future.
I approach academic guidance in a hands on, active fashion. I believe children learn best when they are able to explore and experiment with a topic, talk about it and apply.
My teaching methodology changes with different students. For instance, its fun, playful and interactive when I am dealing with school students, while it is practical and professional when dealing with post graduates. It depends on the kind of students in the class or group. If it is one-to-one then the focus is on how the student is more like to understand.
I aim to provide needs-based support. This means that I liaise with parents and sudents' to determine the primary needs for tutoring. With older students I generally focus on assignment help and from this I can then create lessons based on identified areas requiring improvement. For younger students I strive to use games in my tutoring methods to engage students as much as possible.
I have excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy, and therefore am very easy to get along with and am open to other points of view.
I see teaching as involving a reciprocal relationship between teachers and students. I believe that teachers have duties to their students and that students have duties to their teachers.
I like to teach based upon a hands on/ practical approach to the subject, as that is what I believe is the best method for people to learn. The lessons always contain at least 1 worked example for the student to follow and some more for them to complete.
My teaching approach are based around dialogue, where discussions are encouraged and where we set a goal for each meeting/class. The method of "two stars and a wish" is used frequently that focus on strong points (positive) , and one area we will work on.
I am available to help with any school subject for primary school aged children. I believe that children learn in different ways and like to work with the child to find engaging and hands-on approaches to helping them learn.
My teaching methods are either to assist students with specific assignments or projects on a one to one basis, or to give classes in essay writing, script writing or text analysis. My teaching is aimed for students who wish to enter university, or who are already at university and struggling with essay writing. I have also mentored many playwrights and screenwriters on their projects.
My teaching method is focused on equipping students with a strong understanding of core concepts, enabling them to approach questions that they will be asked under test conditions. Therefore, my lessons are individually tailored around areas of difficulty & preparing students for assessment tasks.
