Methodology

I use the facilitating method when teaching. I encourage active learning where students have the opportunity to talk about what they are learning, relate it to previous experiences and apply it to their daily lives. I give prompt feedback and emphasis time on task. I communicate high expectations and respect diverse talents and ways of learning.
