My teaching methodology is to get students to first understand the work before they are to complete it so that they are better equipped to face the challenge of the work that they must complete. This is done by sitting down and going through with students the entire piece of work by their pace and then supporting them during the completion of the work. These lessons will be filled with more than just the usual ask question answer question but will focus on keeping the work exciting and fun so that students will be more engaged with the work over than just completing it because it needs to be done.
I am an education student at Latrobe University, studying both english and history alongside the education degree. I also have experience as a integration aide within a local primary school where I still work casually and volunteer in different programs to further my own education to help future students.
I have worked with many students previously and all have moved up in standard levels with most flourishing in their studies.
Depending on the need of preparation before a lesson the rate may increase. But if informed in sufficent time before it will be all good to go.
