Hi there, I am 42 yo from France. I have graduated long time ago as a process engineer in food technology and biotechnology. I moved to Perth in 2005 and later graduated from Curtin in process engineering. I have done some casual teaching since 2002 in France and in Perth, in various field, as a demonstrator and lecturer.
My teaching method is to understand what you know to try build knowledge from there.
Now I am started to expand my experiment to a one to one interaction.
I have teached at Uni in food technology, biochemistry, microbiology, and also thermodynamics, oil field processing, chemistry 1st year and 2nd year, molecular biology as a demonstrator / tutor, and few times as a lecturer.
Today, I am only teaching in analytical food chemistry, and the feed back of my students is excellent.
