I have since moved on to become a fitness instructor, yoga & meditation teacher and college teacher. I have a degree in Exercise Science, studied NLP, Hypnotherapy, Yoga and many diverse forms of Meditation: Mindfulness and Reiki, Natural Therapies. I have spent over 15 years and dedicated thousands of hours to studying the works of the self-help gurus, studied at Ashrams in India and meditation centers in Myanmar.
