I adapt to each students interests and strengths/weakness by using terminology they can understand and examples from their interests. I have worked in University Research and have experience explaining advanced concepts to diverse audiences. I teach concepts not rote learning and encourage discussions.
I studied Bachelor of Science at University of Western Australia and then completed a PhD at Murdoch University in Perth. I have worked at several Universities doing research in genetics. I have experience teaching and demonstrating in foundation univsersity units in biology and have supervised two PhD candidates and several Honours candidates.
