- Understand the body at first place
- Secondly work on your Diet, your workout routines and analyze the result
- Lastly, improvise your workouts and diet to maximize the result.
There will also be theoretical explanation behind everything you do. This will be a scientific , natural transformation.
I`m Engineer and an MBA grad. I workout daily 2 hours from last 5 years. I have transformed myself from a state where I didn't wanted to be to a state which inspires others. I`m keen to share my knowledge and experience to help you achieve what you have planned.
