I have spent time over the past year mentoring several interns and junior executives. I am passionate about developing programs that combine practical experience with academic study, and encourage a dialogue between myself and students across all workstreams that ensures high level understanding and participation.
I have had the privilege of working within the communications and marketing industries both in Australia and Japan. I have gained invaluable experience working across global integrated marketing and communications campaigns including B2B, B2B, influencer marketing, activations/events, social and digital engagement, crisis management and employee engagement. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for multiple global campaigns for consumer brands that have garnered upwards of +400 pieces of media coverage across owned, earned and paid.

My most recent experience includes working at Edelman Japan as an Account Executive from 2016 - 2018. During this time, I worked on the following:
- ASICS: Part of the global hub team, I was responsible for strategic planning support, regional market coordination, project toolkit/asset cascading, budget and finance management, inter-agency alignment across projects, post campaign reporting and best practice sharing across markets. As day-to-day client lead, I worked closely with the clients to obtain brand and product information as required to inform our global strategy and activities. This involved understanding the full product pipeline from design through DTC.
I have led several projects including a global product launch event in January 2017, responsible for all communications strategy and PR assets, event planning and onsite lead. Attended by 60 international media and influencers, the event produced 400+ pieces of content across owned, social and earned channels. More recently, I worked on a week long brand activation in London in June that had over 40 global media and influencers attend to run on a custom made, ASICS running track.
- Sunkist: Japan Lead responsible for account and team management, strategic consultancy and planning, social strategy and community management, integrated global activity and quality assurance.
- United Airlines and Four Seasons: Day-to-day client contact responsible for project management, strategic consultancy and planning, activation planning, media and influencer program development, social media strategy and community management.
- Additional experience includes brand narrative workshops, internal communications plans, consumer research projects, employee engagement programs, crisis response and new business pitches.
