For beginners I like solidifying basic skills which helps them with their speed in the kitchen. For each student I find out what types of food or cuisines interest them most and develop a simple menu of recipes that they can learn to cook themselves to impress their friends and families!
I grew up cooking with family and have since developed that passion by moving to work as a professional chef whilst travelling to broaden my experience in new cuisines and flavour combinations. In my free time I also like to experiment by finding new recipes from different countries to include new flavours and ingredients.
