- The students I have experience tutoring are aged between 10 and 18. They are usually struggling to pass tests due to minimal understanding of basic concepts which I can help with.
- I've found that going through and creating "lessons learnt" from previous tests works really well and creates notes for the students to look back on.
- I help with current homework and if there isn't any I'll create worksheets and exercises for the students based on their current in-class lessons and upcoming tests.
I've been tutoring individual students for 10 years, since leaving high school. I've only tutored one student at a time but I'm open to do a multi-student lesson.
My students see their grades rise and pass their exams
What makes me a great teacher is that I'm young, full of energy and understand the need to relate and adapt to what the student needs. Each student is an individual and should be taught that way
