According to the process or objective in which the student is placed, the first approach is to address the nutritional requirements and review of injuries and range of movements. The classes are directed in their entirety, from mobility and warm-up work, strength work, intensity and subsequent cooling and / or compensatory work (with Yoga techniques). The classes have an extension of 1 to 1 hour 30 minutes according to objectives and agreed plan.
