The first session is designed to know clients and to set their goals creating a fitness program to achieve these goals. I like to show people they can be physically active any time and with few elements but still getting the benefits of a full body workout
I have been a certified personal trainer for 6 years and at present I am studying nutritional medicine to give clients a holistic fitness and dietary guidance for a successful and tailored health program. I have been giving one on one sessions at homes, gyms and on line.
Sessions need to be booking in advance and Payments made via Paypal before commencing the session that is being purchased. If session can't take place during the stipulated day or time it will be reschedule. There will be refunds only before the scheduled class so the same day and time could be given to another client.
