With health and fitness, the teaching method largely depends on what the individual's goal is in terms of their health. Whatever one's goal may be, whether it is to lose some weight, gain some muscle mass or simply be fitter and healthier, I will do my best to help him/her with my knowledge and will provide as much as attention as I can to ensure that he/she achieves that goal in no time.
Usually with this field, teaching methods could include a personal diet chart, workout plan and everyday tips and advice on how to stay fit and healthy. Depending on what the individual wants, I will adjust my method.
I am an Indian undergraduate student currently pursuing my degree at ANU. Health and Fitness is one of my passions and has changed my life. I was an overweight boy for most of my life and was depressed at one point in time. Losing weight has changed the way I look at life and I hope to help others with their fitness goals using my knowledge and experience in fitness, nutrition and well-being!

-Have 3 and a half years of experience with weight loss and muscle building
-Lost 30kg (over 60 pounds) of weight over 3 years while building a lean and fit body
