My teaching method is based on enabling the student to become their own teacher and improve body awareness, voice production and muscular strength and balance with Alexander technique, Aikido and Pilates. During lessons you will practice with the tools of Conscious Guidance and Conscious Control and move on to applying them to specific activities. Throughout you will use the practice of the lessons to strengthen your connection to how your body moves most optimally in relation to core wellness and improved efficiency.
Alexander technique fully certified with cert 4 in fitness coaching and Pilates. Able to offer personalised recovery program at your home, office or via web conferencing.
