As someone who's fluent in two languages (English and Mandarin) and have been studying another two for six years (Latin and French), I adore languages.
At the same time, I have struggled through HSC French and Latin. Having survived them, I can safely say I've gained some solid study tips and exam techniques, which are often more important than simply memorizing vocabulary for HSC.
I graduated in 2017. My recent graduation, while it means I don't have experience teaching HSC students, is an advantage for me as I'm up to date with the HSC syllabi and the pain (and gain) is fresh in my mind. You really need someone familiar with the way tests are marked if you want to ace this test.
I have tutored younger students and I'd like to think I am thoughtful and energetic when teaching.
